Sand Management System "SMS"

A successful long-duration well clean-up operation was completed in South Algeria (Roud El Nouss), demonstrating operational efficiency and field expertise. Our trailer-mounted Sand Catchers feature a capacity of 1.2 tons per pot, well-suited for upstream refinery applications and single well testing.
MPS has engineered a compact, integrated sand catcher and sand filter unit, ensuring operational flexibility:
- Interchangeable screen filters ranging from 50 to 900 µ

EOR & Fluid Analysis
MPS demonstrates advanced expertise in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) well testing.
Heating Tanks: 50 BBL heating tanks ideally suited for field testing and EPF installation. Custom-designed and equipped with advanced instrumentation, including wave radar systems for accurate measurement of water volume, emulsion layer volume, and oil volume.
Mobile Tanks: 60 m³ mobile crude oil trucks featuring integrated heating systems and robust insulation. Enabling long-distance transport to refinery stations while preserving crude oil at consistently high temperatures.
